Yes, I recall him saying that in a video I watched last January or February. It struck me as being very crazy. He said that there are about 10,000 people that took a one way trip to Mars, and they are slaves. I can find that video again, if you like.

Your interpretation makes much more sense. I believe this is why the U.S. military is mostly Christian- so they can be sacrificed to Mars. For the longest time, I did not understand that.
