Pretty sure the bit about "mop up some more taco bowl engagement" just has to do with that time during the campaign when trump tweeted about his taco bowl for cinco de mayo, talking about, "I love Hispanics" and then the news spent a lot of time covering it negatively, and this sounds like them trying to get some more coverage of that.
