CPS workers wouldn't have that on their car. At most, a state worker sticker. I also do not think the workers on that level are the evil ones... maybe a few. Lot of great people doing amazing work on horrible pay. I do think there is corruption higher up. It could be massive - I don't know, but I know many instances of horrible corruption, for sure. Yeah, there is a reason they keep deleting it. Think about it. OP keeps posting it. Someone said there was plenty of time to photo shop that sticker and I would question why is a Co. based in Cali sending a woman there with a child to Pegasus. Just saying that maybe yes, there needs to be more research on this.

Interesting find, was hopeful at first but thanks to some good detective work the source of the "CPS" sticker was identified. It almost certainly comes from "Consumer Portfolio Services" which claims to be an auto finance co, and I believe they also handle repossession's and work with debt collectors. They are based out of Irvine CA but do have an office in Chesapeake VA.

It's just a woman and her daughter. The sticker is for an auto finance company. You can make out an adult bicycle and a child's pink bicycle in the front garden.

anectdotal.. but the same year the kids graffiti appears on block wall is the same year the hedge starts to grow and grow (providing some cover). small detail but only thing major could notice scrolling through the time on google view

This is extremely interesting. I read some of the comments from Reddit and agree with what some pointed out regarding D.C. Not calling their child welfare agency CPS but another acronym (which is not uncommon). So either like some there pointed out this is someone from CPS from a neighboring state/jurisdiction, or some type of "trap" aka false flag? Who knows. And the dumpling walking the kid in is dresssed really casually for being a supposed on duty CPS worker. This needs some digging for sure!!'
