This new restaurant is being presented by Pax Romano which closed 6 mos. ago and are opening this new endeavor. Pax? Like in Pax Gene? Hmm. I am sure someone will explain this. It was in the Chappaqua News. There are many Double Meanings that have been used by the Cabal and the Elites. I can't wait til this place opens up and we can see their Instagram
