During his arrest, Diebold was interviewed without an attorney present and "admitted to being the individual who was communicating with the purported child during all the communications," according to the complaint.

"Diebold stated that he has been utilizing the internet to post ads in the personal sections for the last several years. Diebold acknowledged to having conversations about sex with the other Kik messenger user, the purported minor in this investigation that he was attempting to meet at Sheetz," the complaint said."

SHORT EYES is prison slang for Pedos because their eyes focus short of the subject matter. Often they have one droopy eye which is out of alignment with the triangulation with the other eye and the mouth. This could indicate they have a personality disorder like Pathological Narissism/ and or take psychotropic medications like Librium which affect the occular nerve.

A medication taken orally or injected would be experienced systemically by the body and very unlikely to cause drooping of only one eye.

I agree that many criminals seem to have one droopy eye and also narcissism, but the cause of a one-sided droop is not likely to be a personality disorder.

Some kind of localized damage to the eye or to the specific area of the brain that controls that eye would need to be present.

The question is what caused the damage. Trauma-based mind control programming is one possibility.

He flaunted the fact that he was a cop, even in his screen name. Because he was a cop, he would have been aware of sting operations and yet was apparently not concerned. Obviously, whatever protection racket he was relying on failed him.
