REALLY valuable would be to repost as a Discuss post explaining the context of the email (what was happening in Honduras that they were talking about, who was talking, what their role in the State Dept. was, and any interesting connections they might have to other people of interest.

Also, for maximum credibility, you might want to address the objection that the simplest explanation for this email is that it is a joking figure of speech. Is there anything else in the past of the person who made the comment that would connect them to Haitian Voodoo, pedos, or Satanic crap? If you include the pictures you have found, and their provenance, in that context, I think it would have the maximum impact.

Strategy. We don't need them to believe that politicians eat babies and they will not believe that most likely. Pedophilia is enough to cause the outrage we need to win this, and pedophilia is more believeable.
