LA PLATA, Md. — An HIV-positive teachers' aide and track coach in southern Maryland has pleaded guilty to more than two dozen child sex abuse charges, admitting attempting to transmit the disease to students. The Charles County State's Attorney's Office says 30-year-old Carlos Deangelo Bell entered the plea Friday.

His trial on more than 200 child abuse offenses had been set to begin Monday.

Interesting, but California Governor Jerry Brown just passed a new law that makes it NO LONGER A FELONY to knowingly expose others to HIV. In California, this guy would ONLY go to prison for the pedophilia, not for exposing kids to HIV. Sick, sick state.

I hope we get a real punisher soon. I really hope so. Like some professional hitman turned vigilante type shit or a group willing to get these fucks. That or full on awakening of the public so we can march in the streets to get these fucking sick demons and hang them by the lightposts and under the overpasses and intersections for all to see. The guards aren't even supposed to know who has HIV/AIDS. If they get contaminated with body fluids they are treated with post-exposure prophylactic HIV meds just in case. Some prisons have hospice type areas for old AIDS patients who are really sick or dying. Working in prisons is dangerous for more than one reason.
