I don't think Trump would bother with Twitter direct messages. When my Twitter blows up it isn't anything like what a famous person must get but it gets to be too much. Besides that, even I don't believe my social media stuff can't be accessed by anyone.

I assume that legally, they have to comply with that.

Did the engineer clarify if that's the case or not in any of his statements?

As far as providing his tweets goes, all of that is publicly available through the API.

As far as his deleted tweets goes: as president, I believe his statements are subject to record keeping laws and Trump wouldn't have an expectation of privacy with those.

I don't like Twitter, and I'm not a lawyer, but legally I'm not 100% certain if they've done anything wrong. Obviously though, they have an ax to grind with Trump.

How man fakes has project veritas been caught in? Didn't they relase that dud comprising of 100's of hours worth of an insider of CNN with a microphone? Didn't they supposedly get a hidden camera in an elevator where a CNN executive said they know there is nothing to the Russian collusion, but they push it for ratings? Isn't that false? They are propaganda, they do not do things for ratings, they are pushing an agenda and it is a psyop. They are not a real news station. Now Veritas is selling hidden cam footage of twitter conspiring against Trump. Ok, so? If it is a psyop, they have to conspire against Trump. If it isn't, they have to conspire against Trump. I think project Veritas is a limited hangout.

Agreed. We are no more free than China or North Korea re: internet. We see what they want us to see. You go too far (eg: pg investigating) and watch your shit get shut down. Happened to me. And when you see sites that used to be around no longer there....yeah. Makes you question....everything.
