A false ICBM threat rattles Hawaii resulting in parents puting their children in storm drains. Was this a Psy-Op? Was it manipulated or created? Was it a false story being created about NK? Was it an actual attack that was secretly dispersed and covered-up? Was it used to distract from larger issues?
