There have been allegations of secret societies in the US government for years. The whole trope of a shadow government has been thrown in everyone's face for 30 years at least in movies, comic books, cartoons, etc etc. Now however we have hit an age where secrets no longer exist, and businesses feel obligated to know everything about each person.

So now it is only natural for such information to come out. They pushed very hard to remove privacy, and now it appears that the dumbest pawns have outed the whole operations.

I suspect that is the goal, and i suspect that is the intention. I do not trust what i see on TV. I like what gowdy says, which tells me he is really good at public speaking.
