I wouldn't be surprised if someone "forgot to pay their bill" and this was the payback.

I'm surprised all these organizations that deal with children don't have to keep extreme public records of the children they deal with. Heck, selling legalized marijuana needs more paperwork than what is being kept on kids that are ending up in the hands of traffickers and abusers.

Since there has been talk that ISIS is a CIA invented operation, this is highly possible. I would not be a bit surprised if evidence is being eradicated all over the world actually. They are always covering their tracks. We just saw the couple, the Shermans in Toronto taken out.
