Actually I would state that your list of images is cherry picked and furhtermore, this list doesn't establish the multi part relationship you claim. What you are actually doing is finding that different subcultures sometimes use pizza in different ways and you are acting like these are all the same. Why pizza? Because it's generic, common and beloved.

Let's take a look at how we wound up here. The history of associating "babies" with "pizza" is through CP. CP came first.

CP was a coded way of talking about Child Pornography. It was phrase particularly used on 4chan.

CP became so well known on 4chan, that it evolved into jokes like this

People understood this as a joke, because they knew about using CP for child porn.

We can back up a bit. There's a website called Know Your Meme that covers the history of internet memes and jokes. They have two different pages related to history of CP. One is about the mods are asleep meme. This meant, late at night, when the moderators of the board were asleep, any post they would normally take down would stay up for a while. Sometimes this was a call to pull "raids" or pranks on other websites. Sometimes it was a call to post pornography. This explainer page was put up 7 years ago which means the meme was popular enough that people started searching for what it meant.

The other page to note is about the history of the phrase "post cp," That page is from 2013. That means that Post CP really took off well after the Mods are Asleep meme.

After CP became well known they needed a new way to talk about child pornography, so they started using phrases with the initials C and P I know of three versions of this code

in eastern europe they apparently still say Central Processor or Computer Processors,

I have heard Copier Paper (actually researching this just now, this was one of the first CP jokes from September 2010)

The one that took off was cheese pizza. (It turns out that started as a joke as well.)

Post CP is an acronym in which CP can have a variety of meanings. Initially used as an acronym for 4chan posters to indirectly mention or request a child pornography thread, in later years the acronym became commonly associated with the posting of other subjects with the same first letters (C & P, most notably “Cheese Pizza”) to parody prohibited request threads or to troll those who hope to find child pornography.

So they started to parody the already existing phrase CP. Among the parody phrases were

copier paper cheese pizza chocolate Pudding Captain Picard Caesar's Palace

This is literally the backstory to the pizzagate claims. It's just based on the initials.

“CP in DMs” The spread of child pornography on social media has become an established part of modern Internet culture. A special vocabulary has even emerged, and you don’t have to look hard to find memes or discussions where someone is joking about “central processors” (child pornography) or “CP in DMs” (child pornography in direct messages).

So based on the information from the Know your Meme pages, we can tell that the shift from CP to cheese pizza happens AFTER 2010. It happens after the first joke. Of notes, this is three years after Comet Ping Pong opens.

So how did we get the claim that John Podestas emails contain code referring to child pornogarphy? Easy somebody lied about it and many other people passed along this lie.

There's not a single reference to "cheese pizza" in John Podesta's emails. He references pizza. So somebody came up with a fake list of pedo code words where pizza now meant girl and cheese meant little girl.......which doesn't his match the actual online history of CP. Nobody was asking for little girl girl. They faked a screenshot with this new fake code and posted it to 4chan.

One problem is that the code doesn't exist AT ALL before that fake screenshot. Why didn't they post a link to the page where they took the screenshot from? Answer: Because they couldn't. It didn't exist prior to John Podesta's emails being released.

The Pedo Code is a hoax.
