As I have repeatedly told changingperspectives, all he has to do to avoid a flair is acknowledge the original pub date in the headline. He chooses not to.
That's not the case. I am "choosing not to" it just seems I misunderstood in the past, I didn't know I had to put that in the title, I just thought you had to flair it, as a mod, if it was older news, but now I see what you're saying. I do see what ESOTERIC is saying though, that it may ward other off with that tag, but I also understand the job you do as a mod, so no worries. I will make sure and add the date in the post in the future.
Thanks. :-) If I realized you weren't clear on that, I would have explained further, LOL. We have the flair both for reader convenience and because we've have quite a few occasions when people posted old articles with misleading headlines to jerk readers around by getting their hopes up. Got a lot of those submissions in the first half of last year.
As I said to you other identical comment, still very relevant. People have such short memories. And more awaken to this topic everyday. Just because MSM has moved on, that doesn't mean it should be forgotten. Most of this content now is only tangentially related, that shouldn't be ok with you.
I told vindicator a while back that by flairing this it was negating the value of it in some people's mind. He said that he had given the option to put "repost" in the title if it had been posted before. That might be a better option than having them flair it.
I don't know if this is a repost or not. I have never seen it.

Old News -- flaired.
▼ ESOTERICshade
Not to everybody. I have not seen it. You are negating the value of the inormation by doing that.
▼ PedoStomper
That's all those kike-shills do, delete everything of value.

You can just put "ICYMI: " at the beginning.
▼ ChangingPerspectives
Perfect that sounds good, thanks for the update. What does "ICYMI" mean by the way?
▼ Vindicator
In case you missed it...
▼ ChangingPerspectives
yeah I saw that, but I still don't know what "ICYMI" means, but I am happy to use it.
▼ think-
I = In C = Case Y = You M = Missed I = It
;-)
▼ ChangingPerspectives
Got it, that makes sense. I'm an idiot, lol.
▼ think-
No, never mind - I also didn't know what the abbreviation meant at first. ;-)
▼ AssFaceSandwich2
Awesome, so now that we know, you can begin to put the date in the headline, spread important news, and there is no confusion.
Sweet.

I agree with @ESOTERICshade . Why not simply put a 'Remember?' in the title or the date of publication, as suggested by @Vindicator ?
▼ Vindicator
I agree. It's a relevant read. An "ICYMI: " at the beginning of the headline would suffice.
