It is a 1.26mb mp4 file, made on a win10 machine with iMovie it looks like. I think it's a video, but i can't get it to play. I haven't tried reconstructing headers and footers for mp4s before. I don't know if its worth reposting.
Might be a silly statement but Imovie is mac? I am really curious what it is. Could be nothing but the synchronicity of finding it has my curiosity peaked.
