I was searching for one of the numbers and this list came up. It's called "The Black Book of Washington D.C" and the 8chan thread listed on there was from November 2016. https://steemit.com/cantstopthesignal/@the.masses/the-black-book-of-washington-d-c http://archive.is/OeRlx This is very similar to the list of people on Weiner's laptop. Could the info have been partially leaked before?
