The f*cking NYT has completely destroyed any shred of legitimacy that they once had. Not that they deserved it then, but every once in a while there would be reporting done. Now they're propagandists -- 24/7.

Don't know if I mentioned running into a journalist -- not on the NYT, but from a very well-known rag. I asked why no objective reporting, and do you know what this bitch said? She said that ... and I quote: "That's it really hard to be objective when you have such a lunatic in the White House. There really isn't another way to look at things."

There you go ... a proud product of Common Core.

Woody Allen's name has protected him all these years. I seriously doubt that this is an isolated incident.

I was molested as a child and I can't believe it when people make it harder for victims to come forward.

I really applaud how she stands up for herself. Victims are really in a David vs. Goliath situation. The abuser has monolithic power. Even in this social climate of exposure; money; ridicule; trolls; lawyers; shame; questioned sanity... for her to continue the go forward with such poise in the face of such overwhelming opposition is a big check in the “possibly true” column.

Of course there is an NYT piece defending Allen...people have always crawled out of the rotten woodwork to do so whenever his name gets brought up, which happens every 5-10 years, lest anyone forget what he did to his stepdaughter...

Just one more case of a survivor not only having to live with the life-altering trauma of Childhood sexual abuse, but also spending years or their entire life fighting for people to believe the abuse even happened. Re traumatizarltion over.and over. And over. She is a hero for having such strength to continue this battle, especially in the public eye.
