Almost every word of this feels like psyop....My tin foil hat tells me they were MKultra sex slaves and used to create the false flag and now they needed to put the brother away or risk the truth getting out....the gun was probably not really his either.

I would be willing to bet that all, not most, of these school shooters are 100% under MKUltra mind control. Almost all of them have family members with Govt or Military connections, and almost all of them are on psychiatric medication, making them a perfect candidate to have mind control performed on them.
