The older girl is supposedly Caris's older sister. That upside down heart thing is probably just a coincidence - it's an eye ointment residue that didn't get all the way wiped off. Did everyone on here forget about the Cummings family? James Alefantis might be the literal grandfather of the girls or he could be the biological father of Caris James. I mean after all neither of her parents ever uses her last name they just refer to her as Caris James, and they obviously gave her the middle name after him. There was also a MILF hashtag James Alefantis left on a picture of the mom. I did a photo mashup of the two girls on morphthing.com with the mom and dad and the mom and J.A. to see how much it resembles the two girls and one looks more like Scott Cummings's daughter while the other (Caris) looks more like James Alefantis's daughter. Madeline McCann is a lot older than this girl in the photo if I remember correctly. It's a little hard to tell ages of toddler children when they're that close up.
