He's been vocal about it for years - they finally brought him in on what sounds like a pretty dumb charge. I question why anyone at the operative level is going to confess on the phone to murdering a baby and allow some dude to tape it - and also use their operative / real / what have you names. Sounds a tad unbelievable. He doesn't explain how he came to get this "proof" or why someone would talk to him admitting that...? Maybe I'm missing something.

Not sure. @FLYNNL1VE5 Knows about this situation probably the best. I know certainly that Timothy was telling us about the whole network, prior to the shooting and his arrest, he has recordings and a case pending. I found him to be very credible.
