Notice the color coding the colors Red Green Blue etc always different colors Morty clips the Xavier clips the doors

The sad part about cartoons is that they are just that: kids stuff. Grandma, babysitters, etc... don’t have the parental responsibility to do extra research. Many uninformed will just let a cartoon play on, because it is just a cartoon... but the consequences are tragic and insidious and if nobody filters this away from the kids.

telleveryoneyouknow

Here come the pedos with their “cartoons have no victims” bullshit.

Nice work mate!

Thanks! Just fixed it.

Yeah i wonder why (((they))) cancels Million Dollar Extreme ?

Lonesome_Pizza

There's an agenda behind everything, nothing is done just for the lulz. This is cartoon network's way of corrupting the minds of the masses. I wouldn't be surprised if CN is trying to normalize pedophilia to forge of path of new sexual liberation with kids.

lopus

wow, never saw this before (knew some other Adult Swim movies, which were just fun). Thanks for the collection! This is really shocking - and not very funny (and I usually like some "black humour", love Mony Python and also like Southpark).

Just watched very few of these movies - maybe missed the "better" ones? But what I saw is rather disgusting and sick - probably not "sick enough" to be banned, but the tendencies are clear.

And I wonder, who is the target audience fot things like that? Obviously not children. But grown ups? Well, honestly, I think the pervert grown ups have other sources. These movies also look rather cheap and tacky made. So, why are they made at all? Are they shown in normal TV?

holaymackal

who is the target audience

typical Family Guy, mountain dew, gamer types. Tim and Eric is a little edgier humor.

Dickface808

Any supporting evidence of that?

It is the same strategy as labeling everything as a "crazy conspiracy theory". It is meant to stifle any real conversation on a topic by ridiculing it and making it a "joke".

As the adage goes, many a true word is spoken in jest. Like those jokes Seth MacFarlane made about Kevin Spacey or Harvey Weinstein. Or the friend you have that says something embarrassing or insulting and then follows it up with "just kidding". "Joking" about something gives you plausible deniability. No one can make serious accusations based upon a "comedy sketch" or a "crazy conspiracy theory".

It may be humor -- but it is deviant humor and not very good humor at that. Great humor can and does touch upon some sensitive subjects -- but great humor allows us to say things that need to be said in a less confrontational way. It allows the comedian to have a real conversation -- even un PC conversations -- that help build bridges between groups of people. It opens us up to greater understanding of a topic or helps us commiserate about the craziness or difficulties in life.

Humor that is dark and meant to shock is the lowest form of humor that there is. I don't think there is any point in giving a pass to this type of humor. Just as there is a great chasm between pornography that depicts consensual adults and child pornography -- it is quite easy to make a judgement call about what types of humor cross a line that a decent and functioning society needs to maintain in order to remain decent and functioning.

Enigmatic_Continuum

Adult Swim cartoons always gave me a creepy feeling. Just like anytime Bob Sagat opens his mouth, but especially when he talks about the Aristocrat joke. Nasty!

SurfinMindWaves

I find humor complex and fascinating. I have mulled over the statement made by Trey Parker that either it is all funny or none of it is, meaning that all subjects should be open for parody, satire and or ridicule and not be censored. But no matter how I look at it, child abuse just isn't funny.

GreenDell144

I am all for free speech. I don’t think we can command the populace to stop with this type of humor anyway. Better, motivate the culture to change. Start with ourselves. Cultivate empathy. Be an example, but not in a self-righteous way. The smartest people in the world have the ability to put themselves into the positions of others and imagine alternate outcomes from given situations. We should strive to develope that habit. When we do, we will stop to find certain things funny. This is a badge of maturity. Rather than shaming and fighting against the ones that are on the fence, defending their right to adult humor and free speech, maybe it would be better to remember that many of us pass through a phase like this (I used to watch a lot of these shows), and find a way to connect others with the point of view of the victims. If the concept of empathy touches their hearts, they will make the necessary changes themselves. If they choose not to, then we are talking about something different. We are possibly talking about someone who, for whatever reason (be it libertarian or egalitarian) feels that it is ok to enable the sickness that we fight against.

Martel-Sobieski

Humor is easy to understand when you break down why laughter evolved into us, it was to show an anomaly wasn't a threat. Rustling bushes could have a tiger in them thats a threat, but the poor SoB that is chosen to check finds there are just squirrels there. He smiles and laughs at the tense situation having a safe conclusion. Everyone else is happy because the tribe is safe and they aren't at risk of dying. Since it feels good it's repeated over and over again morphing into something that barely resembles the original adaptation until it's a reflex and normal emotion for humans in groups to share.

Humor is the subversion of expectations without danger or annoyance.

When something happens that you dont expect but it can't hurt you and doesn't add more unwanted work for you to do (thus causing annoyance) it ends up being humorous.

I forget who said it but a comedian once said

"Tragedy is me getting hit in the balls. Comedy is someone else getting hit in the balls"

For the viewer there is no danger. The situation is against expectations though for a big man to be brought to the ground in the fetal position by such a simple strike.

When comedians tell stories that are humorous they tell something banal that a lot of us usually have experience with but the comedy comes from adding in unexpected things. Your brain doesn't expect it to go in that direction, there is no danger felt for the thing, therefore it is funny.

If you understand something is a real threat though then you'll no longer find that thing funny.

The farther you break with the norm and push towards taboo and unexpected without creating danger or concern the more humorous it becomes.

For an extreme example,

Rape jokes can be funny to someone who hasn't been raped or has little chance of being raped. To someone that has been raped though the concept still signals "REAL DANGER" in their brain so they wont find it funny. Theres also the psychological thing where sometimes the rape victims will make those jokes but that is made for a different reason as a coping mechanism for their experience and is a whole different discussion.

These pedo and child rape jokes are funny to some people because

1) theyre completely unexpected and far from the social norm

2) they are so far removed from the concept that it doesn't signal danger in their heads and causes no concern

3) it displays a real danger in a lighter safe way

Now when you actually understand just how bad things are and how much of this pedo shit is allowed to go down unopposed, and how horrible it is for children right now then that stuff is no longer funny. It's a concept that causes concern and signals danger in the brain. So not something to joke about.

To make a subject like that humorous without disgusting the audience the joke can only scratch the surface of the concept.

If the jokes went into detail showing the child being beaten then brutally sodomized then it'd no longer be funny. People making comedy have to skirt the line sometimes of not becoming too detailed in making the dangerous humorous in terms of concepts, otherwise the audience will get turned off. That causes a joke to be in "bad taste".

You don't find it funny because you know more about the subject and can no longer separate what you know from a surface scrape attempt at humor. It especially gets worse when you know it's people in that industry doing it and some of it is actually bragging parading as humor.

Dead baby jokes aren't funny if you have a dead baby. That's another good way to show what i mean. If you understand the threat on a personal level you cant gain humor out of it because you can't turn off your brain when this person tries to portray this things as "not a threat"

Theres also disgust such as with amy schumers smelly vagina bullshit. Her attempt is to create an unexpected situation "tee hee a woman talking about her vagina. How out of the ordinary and shocking" but she does it in a way that causes disgust in the brain because she keeps going on and on going too far into detail and disgust is just an offshoot of the danged warning coming from your brain telling you to avoid things due to disease.

There are a million subcategories of humor though and reasons we find different things funny, so it'd take forever to explain why each individual thing triggers that response

dbvapor

Great comment saving it.

SurfinMindWaves

Thanks for taking the time to elaborate.

NoBS

Joking about child abuse is called grooming. It works more times than not subconsciously, for even the "woke". Humor is positive reinforcement modification on emotionally vulnerable and/or intelligent humans. Children are the easiest, which is why centralized education can subvert almost all the children with indoctrination.

Dickface808

I used to joke about at times with "edgy" friends and laugh at "wrong" stuff long before I ever found out about pizzagate, and I can assure you it is not "called grooming".

TrishaUK

Sorry you did such a lot of research to get all these, but I could only watch a few, they are just disgusting, and so many think these sort of skits are funny! There is definitly some knowledge or experience behind those adult swim ones imo

GreenDell144

I didn’t think anything about that show until Monica was attacked by a jellyfish and they had to pee on her. All things aside, that just bothered me. I got it. It was funny on a juvenile level, but in short order, I meditated briefly on all of the degenerate concepts that such an act could be associated with, and something snapped. That show stopped being funny. I just saw promiscuity being glorified, overweight women being shamed, scatological porn being publicized and on and on... add to that the hypnotizing laughtrack and you have cultural engineering that destroys family society. In a way, you can imagine a straight line from this show to the battles of the left/right Hegelian dialectic dichotomy that has blossomed all over western society.

42times5

Slight tangent...but...i've just rewatched Friends and I was stunned by how many strange references there were to eating children.

Made me wonder if it is so persistent and subtle that I always missed it.

Those who have eyes to see.

pixiesbitch

massive upvoat because i just finished rewatching friends myself and you're dead on the money. dead on. i even noticed the baphomet star sticker on joey's fridge in the later seasons. nothing is an accident with these people.

42times5

Made me sad. Another fond memory bites the dust. Fuckers

pixiesbitch

Yeah it’s shit finding out the things you once loved have this awful connotation behind them

telleveryoneyouknow

Not trying to be a dick but what the fuck are you doing investing your time into watching “friends”?

42times5

Hahaha!!

PrideOfOshtekk

lmao

gamepwn

Alot of the shows we have grown up with or loved subtly feature child rape and abuse jokes. It's sick.
