@ben_matlock @Eric_Kaliberhall @Blacksmith21 or any other mod, please remove this post (Rule 4) and see if you can include @Vindicator at the beginning of the removal description. Usernames aren't showing up in the Removal log list since the new rule UI went into effect. Can't tell if we're forgetting to do it with the new format, of if it's just not going through.

i'm not seeing a 'removal description' field, only a 'reason (optional)' field, i'm going to go ahead and assume these are the same.

Yes, that's what I meant. And it did show when you view the Removal log list. Let's make sure we all include the username in that field when we Remove, so we can easily see repeat offenders without having to open each one and look at mod comments.
