I sometimes feel like in some cases, an artist may be trying to point out the problem, particularly when it is an artist who isn't a well known megastar, and when the lyrics or video are being critical of or lampooning the situation in the video. I might be wrong though.

Please add the info that the post is about music vids by the singer Dan Balan (aka 'Crazy Loop') and that you think there are some Pizzagate and MKUltra references in them.
