Lieutenant Shannon Barney, the author of the Sheriff's Office press release about the Hart SUV accident, allegedly ran a sex cult in Mendocino County and was sued by one of his officers. Two other officers committed suicide. Sheriff Allman was also named as a defendant.

The picture that emerges of Sergeant Barney is that of a tribal chief or cult leader who uses his power to absolutely control his subordinates in all aspects of their life, apparently to keep them from opposing or revealing his abuses of power, including interfering with the administration of justice, failure to perform his sworn duty, unequal enforcement of the law, violation of department policy, and his own inebriation while on duty.

To gain this control, he apparently imposed sexual requirements on deputies under his command for his entire term of office in Round Valley. The “Covelo Way” was that Barney expected deputies under his command to have sex with his wife, Deanna, and he was to have sex with their wives. These alleged predatory sexual behaviors had a habitual pattern and practice to them, and apparently violate California penal code prohibitions on statutory rape, prostitution, pandering and extortion.

They probably did watch the family after the domestic abuse case, but it seems these women were good at pretending to be normal and stable. CPS can't watch them indefinitely and if all looks ok they close their case.

What I don't get is why the neighbors didn't call the cops when the girl showed up asking for help!

CPS is not what you assume it to be. Most of it is entirely corrupt in EVERY STATE.

This family popping up with that bullshit photo from the BLM protest ( it was the SINGLE most important narrative from that rally ) shows they are involved on a deeper level. Yes that is interesting. The Heavy.com article mentioned the Harts were very involved with Harmony Park in Minnesota, where the friends were going to leave the altar you mentioned. It seems they know or were in touch with the authority over the park to place the altar there.

The park I think they are referring to is three hours from Alexandria, the only town in MN I know of that the Harts resided in, which seems far.

You may know this if you're familiar with MN, I found this Harmony Park has camping, concerts, festivals, etc. And a big problem with drug dealing and more. And where there is drug trafficking there is usually adult and/or child sex trafficking.

Harmony Park was purchased by Jay Sullivan in 1996. I doubt it is a coincidence that there are three six's in the year, whether right side up or inverted.
