Alice Waters restaurant is the historical "anchor" of a cultural/food center in on Berkeley's main street (next to University of Berkeley campus) dubbed "Gourmet Ghetto" by a Jewish writer presumably because they were all Jews. Obviously the University of Berkeley is famous for being the new home of the 100%-Jewish Frankfurt School after the Nazis threw them out.

The headline is not accurate. It suggests the 'pedo swirl' is outside the restaurant, but it isn't, it's on a truck that maybe has delivered food or groceries to the restaurant. Please change the title accordingly.
