I was about to post this last night. Thank you for this. Although I must admit, it really tests my generosity of spirit to allow people that do things like this to be left in prison for life. This is one of the few cases that the death penalty seems to make sense. The old testament went with stoning. Hard to argue in this case.

I hear you. However, life in prison without opportunity for parole is excellent punishment for ppl who are used to living in luxury. I would also add a condition that they may not have any media presence whatsoever (as used in the Matt Shepard case -- you never hear about those murderers). Death may be a relief for these scum.
