Viability of ground penetrating radar for Epstein's island? ( pizzagate )

What would be the viability of renting out some ground penetrating radar kit (GPR) & hiring a discreet boat to take some investigators out to Epstein's island to scan the island for the tunnels and remains of whatever was hidden in those tunnels. GPR in the hands of retired law enforcement would be able to identify human remains in the ground.

Even just getting the GPR to pick up the tunnels in itself would be validation of something being hidden.

Also crowdfunding by be an option.

I imagine they are armed but even if no one was there I'm not sure on the legalities of raiding a private island. We already know tunnels exist anyway because there are doors going into the side of the island.
