The public knows lawlessness is the status quo..this judgement is the message from the highest court of public remedy to accept this status quo of institutional goondaism.. Now it is in writing public has no recourse even to the highest court of land .. Threatening and bribing and witness contamination is now condoned by the highest court of a lawless land. . Trust has broken down way before..this is the final nail in the coffin..its so blatant the bias..its laughable. ..it has now given a licence from the highest court if the land ..to a bunch of thugs to continue and accelerate their real modus operanda ..which till now was hiding behind a well funded media campaign.. I have another problem with it. Or an extension of that one. Yes, some people who have done certain things deserve to die for them, no question about it. Premeditated murder, definitely. Depraved rape, probably. My issue is that I don't trust the government enough to believe that they could conclusively make and prove a case for it, especially when the prosecution is being run by some fool whose career is based on nothing but how many convictions he can get of thoroughly dehumanized inmates with no regard for actual justice. Given that it also costs less to incarcerate them for life, and that if they are in prison you can at least undo the penalty going forward by letting them go if they are exonerated, I think that we should probably be looking at life in prison instead of the death penalty in pretty much all cases where the government is making the case.
