IDK if you're Brazilian, but for context: Brazil is what the world will become if the globalist works. Most of Brazilian population is cattle. I know this sounds arrogant. We're all cattle in a way, but Brazilians, with very few exceptions, are numb illiterate motherfuckers that will believe anything the media says. Now there's this trend about vlogs, kids see this shit and want to be like their idols. Parenting/orientation would be needed to avoid this or at least avoid scenes that could be seen as sexual. Because kids can be innocent, but they're not stupid. They know the more bare skin, the more views. I took a look, and in one video a girl was showing "her fingernails", but her hand was over her leg with tiny shorts, then she moved the camera to her shirtless little sister, and she was pushing her sister with her feet. This can be interpreted as innocent, but I think she was baiting for pervs, to get attention and likes. Anyway, my point is that I don't think this is a huge scheme, it's more like an organic phenomenon caused by kids with bad parents posting attention whoring videos without titles. But some malicious actors could take a ride on ths phenomenon and push some crap using the same standard.

Brazilian here (and very active on investigating pizzagate spreading over here). Yes, unfortunately everything you told is true. As I told in other post, we don't have a real right (or conservative) party , the leftist agenda is REALLY strong here, and if you are a bit conservative like myself (don't drink, don't smoke, don't go to parties, don't agree wth pedo gay agenda) you are seen with really bad eyes. Brazil has so many problems today, hungry people, hospitals are crap, schools, etc, no jobs, all because our politicians steal our money but nobody gives a shit. Cattle. A while ago if you typed in dates of any language and you'll find that stuff, If remember correctly from it coming up a couple years ago it has to do with a toy digital camera thing for kids that records and uploads, some kind of princess or vlogging camera thing for little girls. Youtube cleaned it up back in the day I think in most languages. Mind you it's still creepy as hell, but I'm pretty sure that it's some kind of toy for little girls that records and uploads.

The video names do look automated. But they seem to come from various devices, and there is a large portion of these videos that follow the same pattern: sexually suggestive dancing with "funk carioca". This may not be just a coincidence.

I'm just going off what I remember about the date formatting, all the sexually suggestive dancing is most likely just their filthy culture. Brazillians/most South Americans are quite a filthy and hypersexualized bunch of people.
