One of his brothers has been an advocate against SRA (OP of the thread thinks he might have been an alphabet guy though), claiming that he was a survivor.

This could mean Septime Webre experienced SRA himself.

When looking at the photo that shows him with Alefantis and Nixon, he seemed to be fishy, imo. Just a spider sense feeling.

Here you go. http://archive.is/ruHl6 I had done research on Webre. He is suspect as well. He was on Alefantis FB friends list. He was in involved and now only teaches kids from around the world at his DC ballet school. He said he loved kids. I would think about that for awhile.
