Offutt AFB is near Omaha, Nebraska where GWB and Warren Buffett met on 9/11. There are no mountains near Omaha. This is NOT Offutt.

Moffett Federal Airfield (MFA) Mountain View, California is near Apple in Cupertino, California. It is used by NASA and for some military flights. Not a Jet Blue destination. It is on the shore of SF Bay, which is not seen in the photo.

The photo looks more like San Jose International Airport (SJC) which is further inland and has private corporate terminals separate from the passenger terminal. Larry Ellison used to be famous for flying his G5 (bigger than some commercial aircraft) into SJC in defiance of the airport curfew. Jet Blue could use SJC for charter or scheduled passenger service.
