In order to obtain a trafficking conviction, state laws, in most instances, require that prosecutors prove traffickers compelled their victims into labor or sexual servitude. The majority of laws include the elements force, fraud and coercion, but their definition can vary greatly from state to state. For example, in some states, their definition focuses primarily on the use of physical force. Other states more broadly include psychological control, financial threats, legal harassment and drug addiction

Statutorily enumerated forms of force, fraud or coercion include: •Threatening legal action.

•Withholding or destroying passports.

•Using or threatening force.

•Debt bondage.

•Using a controlled substance.

•Causing financial harm.

•Physical restraint.

•Blackmail or extortion.

•Kidnapping or abduction.

•Abusing a position of power.

•Abusing a position of power.

Our cultures infatuation with Hero worship is why kids make the easiest slaves. That and doping them into submission.

So he served on the campaign in Campbell County, Kentucky. Not exactly Trump’s inner circle, yet they’re gettin’ the torches and pitchforks ready.

However, a judge getting busted is significant.

This mission is not about a political party because we know that there are Dem, Rep, Indep, etc. perps. Exposing and prosecuting whoever is sexually abusing and trafficking children is our mission. Take 'em all down regardless of who they are!

Z11Mama

I love how this has to be all about the judges connection to Trump. It's funny how people think this validates their refusal to respect him.

HolyMoly0

The Hill's twitter feed posted this, for the second time today for some reason, right before it posted an article about a random GOP member saying "Trump supported a pedophile" (meaning Roy Moore). The gaslighting is so fucking obvious.

And of course these articles don't mention that the judge was campaign chair in a county in Kentucky. They just say campaign chair.

dellcos

Nice, even people on team Trump going to jail.

Jammer78

I agree this is good. It proves that Trump isn't selectively applying justice -- backing the right candidates is no longer a free pass.

However there are over 3,000 counties in the USA. This isn't exactly the "Trump team."

dellcos

I just said it that way to trigger the Trump haters, hehe. Yea, he's on the far out edge of the "team." Trump probably doesn't know who the fuck he is.

DeathToMasonsASAP

really? prove it

dellcos

Well I can't prove this guy is going to prison. But that appears to be what is happening. I knew this would trigger someone. But if a campaign chair judge is going to jail...that's normally someone that would be protected.

auralsects

obviously trump snared this scoundrel in an elaborate 4-D setup, you clown.

wincraft71

Sexual abuse is bad but I'd like to know since when sexual abuse of multiple victims is considered "human trafficking" or "sex trafficking". It seems that they're just throwing that label onto any sex-related crime now. Using force, coercion, or imprisonment to get somebody to perform a sex act is horrible, but not the same as a shipping container packed with immigrants or forcing someone to work in a massage parlor for years to work off their debt to the mafia.

Z11Mama

Sex trafficking does not mean they are being shipped in containers. It only means they are taken from one place to another for the purpose of sex. This being said I upvoated you because I believe I understand what you are saying and wholeheartedly agree. It is as if they are trying to say 'Look! We are arresting THE traffickers' when the real traffickers continue to do what they have been.

Enigmatic_Continuum

I have to agree with you. While not all of the details may not be revealed in this one article, according to the stated details, I would think he could only be charged with forced prostitution of a minor and/or kidnapping. Now, if it said he had taken the girls across state lines to johns, then we'd have trafficking, which may be the case seeing as California and Kentucky are mentioned.

DeathToMasonsASAP

This sub is controlled by the trafickers....so..yeah

Digital-Patriot

Do you honestly think that?

NoBS

The censorship aside, fuck yes it is!
