Tiajuana Child sex Broker Implicates Two Californians 2017: No one Gone to Jail Yet ( pizzagate )

Two Californians were arrested by the feds in 2017 for soliciting a Tijuana sex broker for young children, the accused men even requesting that the children be stolen. To date, the men have not been sentenced.

In responding to Adelman’s request for a “smaller” girl, on July 8, 2015, the broker responded he had just returned from Sinaloa with two beautiful girls, “brand new,” according to the communications.

“Steel the (girl) if you have to. (Boy) also. Want them both tomorrow night,” read a September 2015 message. Broker replied: “cause I got a (girl) brand new recently stolen only (8 years old) and a (boy) (10 years old).” Bigler last crossed into Mexico in April, according to the complaint. He was arrested Aug. 14.

Many of the children are brought up from other areas of Mexico, Ugarte said. Some are orphans, unaccompanied minor immigrants or sold by their parents. Some are kidnapped, she said.

The article doesn't give any details as to the final disposition of these minors some of whom are kidnapped and/or orphans.

These headlines seem to predict punishment but later info on court docket dates or sentencing doesn't seem to be available in 2018 . Justice delayed till the headlines disappear?

FBI Supervisory Special Agent Joseph Rothrock in San Diego said the agency has investigated three to four cases in the past six months of Americans traveling with intent to have sex with minors. At least two of the recent cases, including Adelman’s, stem from a Tijuana man accused of setting up sexual encounters between U.S. citizens and young children. A third case involves the Philippines.

He said the cases are the beginning results of a renewed effort to tackle child trafficking in Mexico with help from Mexican law enforcement.

“All law enforcement partners are trying to get a handle on this information and assess how big an issue this is,” said Rothrock, who supervises the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force. He declined to discuss details of the cases, including if any child victims have been identified or rescued.

SO WHAT IS HOLDING THIS UP? There seems to be some kind of Hold Up Here. There is a case of a Seminary Priest that also went through So. Cal. He is serving time. It is recommended to stop the buyers, other nothing will change. A law was signed by Bush in 2003 but it has no teeth if not enough of these perverts are captured. There is so much of this that I think they are pretty sloppy and easily nabbed. Something more has to be done. They know where the Hot Spots are. We need more agents. Or are they the problem.

Bigler was supposed to be sentenced May 21st of this year.

"The charge he pleaded to relates to an attempt to exploit a child for a sex video in another country and then bring the video into the U.S., according to court documents. The felony carries a mandatory prison sentence of at least 15 years and a maximum of 30. The plea also mandates that he register as a sex offender. He is set to be sentenced May 21. He remains in custody."

Bigler as a mini motorcycle racer was around young racers for years:

Records show that Bigler raced with the now-defunct WSMC (Willow Springs Motorcycle Club) and with WERA on a literbike in 2009-2010, and raced mini motorcycles with SCminiGP from at least 2006 on. In addition, social media posts show that Bigler was working with young road racers from Southern California through the summer of 2017. Former road racer (and the father of a road racer) Eric DeHaven said, “I am glad Roadracing World and others are covering this. This guy was in the paddock and around our children for years. Let's hope that date was for real. I feel some have slipped through possibly while someone looked the other way. That date is past. It should be on record.

Almost need a posse like the Catholic Pro Life movement who get out in front of offices and picket or pray the rosary. Nothing like a little publicity to get some kind of response on slow, delayed, "sealed" justice?
