Relevance: Recently CNN did an article featuring William Lacy Swing, director general of the International Organization for Migration : Migrant abuse is blot on world's conscience . So, I thought I'd have a closer look. It was under Swing's watch that the scandal of UN peacekeepers trading eggs and peanut butter for underaged sex in East Congo took place and for which he was never held accountable .

This post briefly looks at Swing's involvement in Haiti and the Congo - areas of the world where conflict (involving child trafficking and abuse) and CIA involvement seem to go hand in hand. And looks at the introduction of cults to societies and revisits old pizzagate threads that tied in the cult phenomenon with the Moonies in DC and their relationship with pizzagate. The reason we need to look at these strands is that the techniques used by deep state organisations to destabalise foreign countries via the use of violence and cults may now be an importation to Western countries with the 'migration movement' that people like Swing are pushing via the UN and the EU.

FRAPH's brutal activities under the military government included political rapes and other torture, executions, and mutilations, and the notorious arsonattack on Cité Soleil that killed at least fifty residents.

Regarding political rapes, the cable stated: "We are, frankly, suspicious of the sudden, high number of reported rapes, particularly in this culture, occurring at the same time that Aristide activists seek to draw a comparison between Haiti and Bosnia." The cable was written by U.S. human rights officer Ellen Cosgrove, approved by Amb. Swing , reviewed by in-country processing Refugee Coordinator Luis Moreno, and leaked to the press in May 1995.
