Was a major player owning rental properties before Jeffrey Epstein took over and bought the island. He was a major player in the tourism industry pre-Epstein invasion of the Caribbean. What needs to be done is a thorough examination of the local community around St James and previous owners, people who were there etc. to fill in the storyline and details that may be fruitful to providing leads.
