Tucson Drag Queen takes credit for building "homeless shelter" ( pizzagate )

I recall watching a VERY bizarre video of what appears to be a drag queen (super creepy i might add) taking credit for building that infamous Tucson "homeless shelter". Now i cannot find this video anywhere. Does anyone remember this and have a link??
