If it were criminal charges, then this would be a big deal. I think gov is just putting on a show to try and appease us, since we haven't, and won't, stop investigating them. These people will never see the inside of a prison cell if we continue to let them be judged by their own lackeys. Too many of these judges and people in the so called justice system have been strategically put in places of power and decision making because someone above them has dirt on them. I would say that any judge that's been given a job by one of the past three presidents is being controlled. We need to bring these globalist criminals in front of a military tribunal. Until that happens they will get slapped on the wrist, do a couple secret handshakes and get let go. These fuckers aren't going to court to be convicted of crimes, they're going to court to be found not guilty by one of their lackeys so that they don't get charged in the future by a judge or judicial system they don't have puppet strings attached to.

I need to investigate more on position changes within the court. I’d heard when Schneiderman was forced to step down and replaced by Donahue (?)I think that they were working towards more appointments of people who are not obviously liberally biased but more neutral. Not sure though if they’ve accomplished this yet. But then we are talking judges.

Not Certain yet, but what's already disheartening is the Judge Paul L Friedman was appointed by none other than Bill Clinton...and yet he is one of those being summoned. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me.

Well I believe the Chief Magistrate is the one who assigns cases to judges, right? There's 4 Magistrate Judges, and the Chief Judge of the DC District Court is an Obama appointee. So the case being assigned to a judge who was appointed by Bill Clinton, one of the people summoned in the case, may not be a mistake, but deliberate to get the thing thrown out...but I'm just speculating here.

If a judge has a conflict of interest, the case doesn't get thrown out, the judge has to recuse themselves.

In this case, what will happen is that the judge won't recuse, and well instead make a transparently ridiculous statement to the effect of "even though one of the defendants in this matter literally gave me this job, it will not in any way affect my ability to be unbiased".

Then the case will move forward, and it will die a quiet death before discovery, because the plaintiff will have died a violent death before discovery which will be ruled a suicide.
