The fact that he oversaw adoptions for the agency is concerning. He was in a position that would have been able to approve people to adopt children who normally would set off red flags and not be approved for adoption. I wonder how many of his pedo friends he allowed to "adopt" victims? All of his adoptions should be reviewed to make sure the kids are safe!
