Kidney displasia in both kidneys is rare. In one kidney, not such a problem as you have a second kidney. If both kidneys are under formed it called kidney transplant. Honestly I could not see a scar. Was it old perhaps? Kidney surgery is via the back, not the front area. She looked bad. Maybe it was from malnutrition , needing supplements , dextrose, salt, minerals. Idk but her story does not add up.....how long was she out of work? Organ transplant takes 10 12 wks for recovery.
