Yes, Bernard looks dubious now. He has a sympathetic manner so one is inclined to believe him at first, but aspects of what he is saying don't make sense. If he was a witness to multiple murders, then why is he still walking around making high-profile statements? Presumably the information he has would be dangerous to the highly connected people he claimed he knew. That international panel features two known agents, RDS and David Seaman, so that seals it for me.
