This humanitarian 'academic' has no understanding of the history of the humanitarian sector and is not asking the bigger questions. How was Joel Davis allowed to front an umbrella organisation of NGOs? His troubled background was no secret as he wrote a bit about it in Columbia student newspapers and elsewhere. He was seeing a therapist. Look at all the recent stories of child rape being rampant through the NGO sector and the increasing number of posts on this forum regarding the sector. Our research here on the CIA backed Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH) and the Sisters of Mercy linked to Mother Theresa indicate this network was deliberatley put in place decades ago. It seems to me that Ms. Handrahan's role here is to point the finger at fall guy Joel Davis while deflecting attention away from the head of the snake.

Imagine how many more of these monsters are out there. There must be thousands of them, working in humanitarian endeavors, knowing how easy it is to gain access to children of all ages. There are many large and formerly respected corporations that are full of these evil ones, like DynCorp, Oxfam, Save the Children, even the International Red Cross and the United Nations have had to deal with these criminals. Religious humanitarian groups are not immune either.

Humanitarian, child protection, foreign aid, ect. Charities in general seem to be set up to offset taxes for rich folk, and most are frauds. Some few are real, but you have to actually do some homework to figure out the legitimacy of the entire organization.

you are correct. especially since the era of Quantitative Easing (zero fiscal discipline as legacy debts are papered over with issuance of new debt) we have seen a 'Welfare Industrial Complex' emerge to complement the Military one. The latter feeds of creating mayhem, and the former WIC exploits the 'fixing' of the damage of the MIC

Donations, what could go wrong? On a brighter note, lets start one of the NGO's. Call it PG Kids. Probably raise a million in a week just from biblethumpers thinking it has something to do with hollywood. Vindicator would spend all his money on a South American Nova from the 70's. This is disgusting. How the kids who need help after already being abused are being abused again by the very people who are meant to help them. And to read that the advocacices that are meant to help them are so infiltrated by other pedophiles that help other pedophiles get into the organization to help them take advantage of these kids. Makes me sick. They all need to be reinvestigated yearly or something to recertify that they can have a job or not be in a job and be in jail forever for crimes against children. Before someone says who will do the investigation of the people, why not multiple law enforcement officials from different countries so that the reach of corruption and compromise is minimal.
