The screenshot of the tweet shown in that archived tweet from DrumpfTardnProud shows that the original NSA tweet has 9 replies and 39 retweets. Isn't there a way to see all tweets made to a particular user, in this case, the NSA? If so, it might be possible to see the replies made to this tweet, which might prove or at least support its existence.

Twitter's advanced search allows this but nothing comes up. Also, the accounts I did find connected to this were either deleted, suspended or private.

technically yes, but the truth of the matter is that I'm just too lazy.
Also, the time spent thinking about it while arguing with @Oh_Well_ian has made me change my mind. Perhaps there's something to the notion that google's AI would find links we wouldn't.
