45-year-old Donald Fair, a former El Paso County Sheriff’s deputy, is avoiding jail time after pleading guilty to sexually exploiting a young boy by creating child pornography and sharing it on the internet. Fair struck a deal with prosecutors where he will receive 10 years of probation and be put on the sex offender registry. According to CBS, the Colorado Springs Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children unit was contacted by the Department of Homeland Security in August 2017, regarding a tip they received about possible child exploitation happening in the area. Interpol reportedly matched Fair’s IP address with that of a child pornography distributor. Fair reportedly took explicit images of a young boy and posted them on a dark-web pedophilia site with the caption “If this interests you, email me back … and we can talk.”

A prison term would end up being a death sentence by being a cop and a child molester. He has ended up with an Internet life sentence of being labeled a pervert. But is that adequate? Look just at the cases that the press shares: more often, it's an atrocious continuing punishment for victims as these sickos get a limp slap of probation. It's nothing but smoke & mirrors to appease the public into thinking our justice system is truly fighting for the children. I used to call certain states cesspools. I am starting to think that every state is a cesspool when it comes to prosecuting sex offenders and keeping their victims safe and fighting for their justice. We are seeing more and more of this every day. Disheartening. Infiltration of the courts for decades is the cause. Cleaning out is a high priority.

I didn't want to go that far, but you are probably right. A sad state of affairs indeed. We would like to remedy this overnight or asap, but this has happened due to severe corruption and criminality committed by those in power. Decades and decades will not be erased in 1 or 2 years. I constantly think of the children that will die and suffer while being tortured and sacrificed for their organs, and no matter how much I research and read and type and tell others, I am only one person. That is why I am so thankful for those on here that continue day after day to wake others to what we are trying to achieve. Yes, it is a cesspool but I think eventually things will start turning around. I really do.
