The pyramid with an N is typically stands for new world order, but with the globe in place of the eye, and the inclusion of the side balls, it's probably meant to be a compass binnacle, a symbol for travel, which matches the stylized sun at the top and N for north. I think the artist was taking liberties with the swirls, pedo triangles, and odd lettering, trying to make the sign feel more mysterious.
