I posted a submission yesterday regarding the conviction of James Porter, Pierce County Washington court clerk, for using records related to his job to find underage girl for sex, punching, whipping and cutting with a knife:

Ketron Island is in Pierce Counth Washington. A James Porter and his wife Nicole Pham bought a home on Ketron Island in 2015. Both James Porters are 50 years old and tied to Pierce County, however the sex offender Porter is listed as an employee of the Administrative Offices of the Court for the years 2015/2016. He was fired from his job following his conviction in 2016.

James Porter who owns the home on Ketron Island has worked for the Washington State Treasurer's Office since 2008 according to his LinkedIn page. It also lists his co-ownership of the Lemon Grass Restaurant chains with his wife Nicole Pham so we know this is the James Porter connected to Ketron Island.

A check of the Washington State employees salary database shows James Porter as a Fiscal Analysis for the Treasurers office going back as far as the database shows, which is 2013. He is listed as consecutively employed through 2017:

Just speculating. This Morris guy that bought the Island came from Alaska so did the pilot. Somehow did Russell make it to that island and something bad happened to him there? May or may not be connected, but he said some really strange things when he was up in the air.
