The video says explicitly that there are concerns as to how this is being handled, and why three of the adults were set free pending trial.

I can see this 2 ways

with them gone, the neighbor would get his property back and the sooner he cleared everything, the sooner he could reclaim his property from squatters

or they filled in tunnels same as the did at a day care back in the 80's and maybe same as Epstein has done on his island

I saw that Sarsour was involved with the Abdul guy from Michigan who was running for governor in the primaries. Thank God he did not get on the ballot. There is definitely some crazy stuff going on with the compound in NM. The FBI weren't eager to arrest the terrorists. What does that tell us?

Seems the judge is arguing that this is a race thing, that if it was a white group on a compound with guns then people wouldn't be freaking out. But even dropping the threat issue, sure seems like the guy would pose a flight risk since he kidnapped a child and crossed state lines. Of course he's not being released because of the Georgia warrant in relation to this abduction, but seems kinda strange, even if he's not being released, that the judge would come to this decision considering she knew about the abduction. The ruling also doesn't apply to one of the women, Jany Leville, since she's been in the country for 20 years illegally so custody will be transferred to ICE. Which means the 3 remaining defendants can post bond. This article from USA today ( https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2018/08/13/fbi-agent-testifies-new-mexico-muslim-family-preparing-attacks-following-toddlers-death/983804002/ ) says the five defendants are "Leveille, her husband, his two sisters and another man." So, whodufuq is the "another man" that just qualified to post bond?

The other man is Morton, Wahhaj's brother in law (married to one of the arrested women) who happened to own the land adjoining where they built their compound. The brother in law owned a nice plot of land, but they decided to squat on and built a junk pile of a "home" on the neighbors vacant land? How can the authorities just go on to private land and destroy what is there? Did the land owners give them persmission? I would like to hear from them. They seem to have been pretty vocal so far.

Yes. Lucas Morten owned the neighboring plot of land (I believe they are both about 10 acre parcels if I remember correctly). Instead of building their shit town on Mortens land, they moved over to the Badgers land, and partially bully their compound there. When the bardgers realized what was happening they went to the authorities for assistance and started eviction proceedings. Those proceedings were dismissed by the judge in June for some paperwork error!

Ohhh, good point. It looks like there may be some widespread corruption in this area. At least one judge, and possibly two, making questionable decisions in favor of these lowlife. And the local LE agencies who had been told months ago that Wahhaj and possibly the missing boy were there yet they refused to act!

Did you see that the land owner Jason Badger has claimed that on two separate occasions law enforcement was on this property and had to have seen the conditions, yet they did nothing! He has proof that the sheriffs dept served the eviction notice there.
