I remember hearing that the FBI carried on running a CP site to gather info on perps? This person tweeted about a "hotmail" address coming back to haunt him ! Does anyone know that there was a predominate usage of Hotmail accounts used. ?
I remember that hotmail was free and could be activated anonymously ? cheers
