Relates to Pizzagate/pedogate as it portrays "The Powers That Be" using orphans for disgusting, dehumanizing purposes. They went full Eyes Wide Shut, and at their creepy orgy party, serve "orphan sashimi" which the bartender insists is "extra virgin, as the chef demands only the cleanest orphans."
