Thanks for this, surprised I didn't hear about it until now. I've been attending the High Court hearings a fair bit lately, including one case involving child molestation. Never saw Martin Lawes before, but I'll see if there's any other mention of high-profile arrests through their daily schedules.

Keeping things low yes, that is a plan with them surely. It keeps things low for their friends and possibly if they are doing the same. Also they surely are handsomely paid or given perks.

Oh yes. I agree. I would even go higher but it will never fly. They will never agree to that. I am all in favor of stiffer sentences for CP even for first offense, and actually first offense if it were up to me would be 50 years. Most would die in their cell.

its an interesting reversal here - usually when authorities are compelled to make arrests its the pimps / producers who get stung and the client base is permitted to disappear into the woodwork, but in this case theres no mention of those who produced the 'content' for him of being stung
