Please repost this again. Many are interested in this case and want you to keep us posted. Medical Kidnap has many articles on their site of stealing of children. Some are through medical force, some by CPS, and other ways. There are also stories of success, although parents have had a hard time of it. There are lawyers that have helped these people. These people right here are a wealth of information about such cases. You should comb through their videos looking for titles with "CPS" in the title. They are in touch with some very knowledgeable people. You can probably learn some tactics from them. They are very nice people and they will put you in touch with people they know.

Yes that is them. They mainly have experience with CPS cases though. Worst thing that could happen is that you might learn something. If you can't even get proof of life sounds like your case might be tougher than some others though. What reason did the judge give for taking the child? How did the child come to the judge's attention? What instigated all this?

This guy in these videos had his kids taken and he taught himself things about Family Law. He obviously learned a lot. He on on the VLTV channel too. By listening to his two interviews you will realize that the way the court systems are set up that you have no real "standing" in these courts and they do as they please, as you already know, but he can explain a lot of the mechanics. Its an eye opener.

That is the father of the 4yo child who was trafficked by the court. They literally kidnapped his kid and threw him in jail and tortured him. He's a computer scientist and inventor . He hasn't even received a proof of life of the child in two years.

I live for only one thing, my child. If someone took my child then I would risk death getting him back. If someone gravely injured or murdered my child then the same would befall them. My child is an extension of me that will perpetuate me into the future. Any attempt to end my lineage will be met with violence. Its really that simple.

If this is you, I hope you'll consider actually getting a lawyer and ask about suing in Federal court, which is the next step after you exhaust your appeals in the state courts which you just did. Please consult asap before any deadlines run out, which may be fast.

If had 8 lawyers. All top rated. All expensive. I hired an Ex judge even. He literally took tens of thousands of dollars and went through and sabotaged every aspect of the case and went so far as to deposition people and let them answer I don't know to every single question for three hours

The system is totally corrupt . No lawyer will take a case against judges . I've tried. If you find a lawyer who will they will take your money and step by step sabotage your case. I've seen it over and over again. This is how our attorney run DOJ works. Not the way we are taught it works.
