Also, I have always been sceptical about Fiona Barnett - I think parts of what she says about her past are likely true, but I don't think that necessaritly everything is true. That she supported a fishy guy like Kappy deepened my suspicions about her.

Important note: some of what was said about him was a blatant lie. I don't know anything about the other stuff about him but there was a rumor spread by Steve Outtrim on Lift the Veil I spent 2 hours trying to confirm on the court website only to find out it was not true. His daughter's alleged rapist really has a case in Pima County Superior Court. The judge no longer handles juvie cases at all. He finished transitioning in April.

Whatever is said about Barnett, she hasn't changed her story. I spoke to her years ago when she first came forward with her claims.
